I'm getting married to the person I love. We are in a relation since one and half year and getting married in January! But since 3 days I'm in a state of depression! Actually my past is flashing out in my mind without any reason! I'm a bit unable to come out of it! I don't want to lose my would be! I totally forgot my past 2 years ago only but don't know why this is happening! Please suggest me!

It is perfectly normal to be stressed before your wedding day. It happens to everyone and you should remind yourself why you wanted to get married in the first place - if your answer still seems reasonable to you, then you can forget about your doubts and marry the one you want to spend your life with. (On the other hand, if you think you are in for the wrong reasons, then it could be a wake up call.)

I really love my would be and m really happy with him! But my problem is why my past flashed in my mind after so many years and that too at this point of time ? I discussed this thing with my would be and he was very fine with it and said that it is very very normal ! I want to forget all this and want to be normal as before!!

If you are that worried, then take a break. Get to know each other.

No need to rush into anything, if you aren't certain.

Take control of your life. Yours. Not his, or parents. Anyone else's.

Use your gut. Internal.

Is this arranged? Or is it cold feet? Or too fast, too soon?
