    My dog is having trouble climbing after being spayed
    My 18 month old king charles was spayed a month ago since then she has been having trouble climbing the stairs and she no longer likes being picked up ,has she healed properly yet

    Spaying should not be a big deal for a female dog. Could be she is just milking the situation for all it is worth ( and they will do that) or she definitely has pain somewhere in her abdomen. Are her stitches out or dissolved? How long ago did she have the operation ? She is having discomfort in her stomach muscles if she doesn't like the stair work. Also, being picked up.
