    Keep going back towards the water main shutting off valves - you might as well shut off the main. Sometimes those leak too.

    You say that you have angle stops in the cabinet and they don't work? Then follow Joys advice and close the house shut off. Do you need help in fixing your faucet? Let me know, Tom
