    My house is 2800 sq/ft. What would I need if I went to Keeprite or Lennox.
    This info was provided by a tech. The BTU is 48000 BTU and is 14 SEER with variable furnace the SEER Rating increases to 15.5

    Westinghouse 4 ton heat pump with variable speed furnace 20 KW electric heat .new stand and heat pump top.
    Model # FT4BE048K outdoor unit.
    B4VMX48KC indoor unit
    H6HK02H21 Heat Kit

    Why do you think it would be different from the quoted design spec? If you are asking for model#s, I'd invite the other reps to do a design spec too.
