It's probably a 90's movie.
All I remember is that a devil , or demon , [who looks like a man] is standing in a room , surrounded by mother's that have young little boys . He needs a little boy for some reason , so I think he pulls out a bag of dice , makes the mothers each reach in & grab a dice , all are black except for one dice , the mother who chose the red dice has to give her son to the man...
Years later , tha unlucky mother is walking down tha street & her son is grown up , but he passes her & she recognizes him .
That's all I remember .
