I was put on probation for failure to pay child support, was sentenced a felony, and 2 yrs probation. I was tranfered from Wisconsin to Colorado probation was doing what I was suppost to, reporting to my p.o weekly, had a job, was paying child support. When on one of my call dates to my p.o. In colo she informed me that wi. P.o had put a warrant out for my arrest, I asked her why and she said she had no idea why. So I called wi. Probation my old p.o. Said I was in violation of my probation for not calling him, my paper work from him in wi. Did not state that I had to call him, my p.o. Here never heard of such a thing! I had 3 months left on probation now the p.o. From wi.wants to put me in prisin for 2 yrs. What can I do to resolve this? I have no money no job(becuase of the fedral warrent) I just want to get a job and pay my dues. Please help!

Do you have a copy of your probation transfer paperwork to see if you were supposed to call Wisconsin? You said something about your paperwork from Wisconsin but did it actually SAY that you had to call them?
