    No, that's 'old' menstrual tissue and blood. It is brown because it's been exposed to air.
    This is not an 'ask a doctor' site however. Answers can be from anyone.

    Not at all. All blood turns brown, have you ever had a blood stain and seen it dry? You're perfectly normal.
