    Pilot ignites, but not stay upon release
    Trane XE60 : I am able to manually light pilot through portal, but after 2+ minutes, I let go and flame does not stay.

    Sounds like you have a failed thermocouple. Call a local hvac company and replace with a Trane part rather than a hardware store part.
