I need a bid for a big apartment complex cleaning job. There are 5 apartment buildings with 5 floors, a large business building with a lobbiy and computer room. 5 offices with 2 bathrooms. 2 two bedroom suites that requires linen washed 1 to 2 times per week. Duties included vacuuming,sweeping and trash removal of exterior and each floor of apartment buildings. Dog bags replaced. Garages clear of trash. Cleaning of bathrooms in office, exterior and interior windows cleaned. Vacuuming the hallways of buildings. This is a 6 day a week job and we need help in pricing such job. This is a very high quaility apartment complex so please keep that in mind when pricing. We need a quote asap! Please help!
