Now days I'm very disturbed kindly help me out pleeeez
. My problem is that I'm engaged with my second cousin. Nw the issue is that few members from both side of families are saying that this marriage is a risk. As my parents are cousins, and my fiance's parents are cousins and these four are the kids of four sisters. My both grandmothers, and my fiance's both grandmothers were four sisters.
Then on the other side my both grandfathers were cousin, and my fiancé's both grandfathers were brothers.

And in our family there are already 6,7 cases of defects children due to this cousin marriage including my brother too.
My brother and two cousins are suffering from the retina pegmentosa, then my two more cousins children are also suffering from this same problem.

And 2 cases of abnormal children are also in our family

So kindly tell me is this marriage will be a risk?? The problem is nw we both are so much involved in each other that we don't want to finish this relation.

Or is there any medicine or some other solution??

I will be very thankful to kindly help me out.
