    How old is pepe if in 9 years he will be 4 years as old as he is now?

    How old would he be in 9 years?

    And I think you made a typing mistake. Your question should read:
    How old is pepe if in 9 years he will be 4 times as old as he is now?

    So equate his age in 9 years with four times his current age.
