Particles in 18 grams of Argon = Particles in 10 grams of Neon
Particles in 1 grams of Argon = Particles in 10 grams of Neon/18
Particles in 27 grams of Argon = 27 * Particles in 10 grams of Neon/18
=Particles in 15 grams of Neon

So, 15 grams of Ne will have same number of particles as 27 grams of Ar.
