Ok I'm trying to find this movie for YEARS literally.

I'm pretty sure it was shoot AFTER 2000. It was american (maybe british?) movie. Director of the movie was also lead actor. He looks like regular guy & had brown hair. Lead actress was beautiful stunning blonde girl. Both knew to act for sure but actress was batter. I know that this director made 3-4 more movies. All including one I want to find, wasn't big success (which is part of reason why I can't find or remember the title.

Plot was resolving around regular lonely guy who meet the girl and she was prostitiute. I'm not really sure if she was prostitiute but I have strong sense she was. Their relationship was very complicated, based mostly on desire, they both didn't want to accept their feeling towards each other and there was some obstacle against their relationship (her prostitution perhaps ?) I remember one particular scene when he go to her apartment they talk in the threshold then they start kissing, go to floor and have some rough sex (anal ?) in the hall. I remember that in the end they arrageed a meeting in the park or something, to talk about their feeling to each other and they (he ?) were (was ?) both afraid that other side won't show up. Overal ending was kind of open and it lead to few possibilities and it wasn't entirely clear if they end up as couple or not

Movie was kind of erotic but it wasn't porn or something. Just mainstream movie.

That's all I got. Most details are bit fuzzy and I'm not sure if I got every detail right but I hope it's enough. Ecuse my for my english too. It's not perfect I know sorry.
