    How to do 9th grade algebra ratios?
    For example:
    "The tropical bamboo can grow 11.9 feet in three days. What is the rate of the growth in inches per hour? Round your answer to the nearest hundredth, and show that your answer is reasonable"

    How many hours are there in three days and how many inches are in 11.9 feet. Once you figure out the answer to these 2 questions, you simply divide the inches by the hours.
