    Forgot movie title?
    Plot a newspaper reporter wants to find out what its like to be on death row .goes under cover with only the governor knowing the truth .unfortunally the governor seemingly dies without letting someone know about the reporter resulting in the reporter about to be electrocuted this was a film round about the 60s in black and white
