Hello. My both parents are originally from goa, India. My parents had migrated to Karachi, Pakistan after their marriage and had to surrender their portuguese passport. My dad expired in goa, india. And my parents have their reference no which they have surrendered their portuguese passport. My parents had their marriage in goa. My mum was born in 1930. Can you please help me how to get portuguese passport
