You should have a really smelly mouth, although they are not bothering you, these two teeth and they must look pretty bad. The roots may be compromised, you may be already in line for infection and damage to the root system of those two teeth, (I can't stop you are a classic case of oral hygiene neglect if what I am reading is correct! ).

Yes, for sure, get them pulled, maybe have other work done to make your mouth suitable.

Any other questions, not knowing your medical history, and we are not allowed to diagnose here, and not knowing what the reasons are that you have broken teeth may be, please advise.

I have not read your other post but its probably the same.

At 69 I have all of my own teeth, smitty, my friend. My breath probably isn't what it should be after eating spicy foods or onions; but because I take care of all of my little friends, my breath is okay, I don't have to worry.

You wouldn't be having the problems you are having if you looked after your teeth, smitty.

Thanks for the lovely response; you sound so mature.

The tooth that is split down the middle will surely have to be removed. Depending on the condition of the tooth/root that is broken below the gumline, it may be fixed, whether it be a crown or a metal post supported filling.

Leaving decayed teeth/roots in the mouth unnecessarily can increase the risks of heart condtitions and other health risks.
