Hello I'm a mother of three I get really bad cysts on my overies and all my female organs. I had a microablasion back in 09 for them and to stop the such heavy bleeding. Since then I have had normal oeriods up intill seven months ago just had a cat scan done yesterday and have some cycts that are back. I also have had no period either no spotting or anything well I was checked for stds they are negative there is a brown discharge on my cervics and the doc said my cervix looked angry what else cauold this be that's is causeing me pain like a cysts my husband made a comment that he felt like he could not get in all the wasy during sex sex can sometimes be painful also depending on the position I just need some insight to what I could ask my ob gyn oh also I have a tubal ligaions also and not pregnant anything ideas my doc just don't know
