I want to be 105 pounds
Hello I am a 21 year old woman who now weighs about 114-116 pounds since I last checked. I am 5'3 and have a small skeletal frame. I have been on a diet for almost 5 months now, and lost overall about 41 pounds. But I noticed that for the last 2 months almost, I have not really lost much weight. Last time I checked, I was 119 and now I am roughly 115-116 ish. How can I get down to 105?
I basically don't take in a lot of carbs or sugar. And I used to work out about 1 hour and half every other day, sometimes everyday, but it wasn't working, I noticed I was staying the same weight. And I have heard that exercising only maintains weight and builds muscle, which weighs more than fat.
What can I do to go down to 105 pounds?
    Thanks!

    Dear LittleBlackKat,
For your height, you are at the perfect weight. But in case you want to lose more weight then try being on a juice fast for twenty one days. It works wonders on both your body and your skin.

Thank you so much Chocodrip07! I just want to lose weight partly because my thighs are a bit bigger than the rest of my body and it looks a bit wrong in proportion to the rest of my body. But in terms of Juice Fast, do you mean not touching ANY type of juice and or milk?
Because I tried that for about 2 weeks and it DID help. But should I go back to it and exercise too? Or no exercise? My mother told me that exercise is only good for maintaining weight and getting your body toned, so should I not exercise for those 21 days?

    Thanks for all your help!

    Hi there,

You could try going on a detox program, or a fast; both are safe - if you have no medical conditions - but you may experience uncomfortable detox symptoms from both.
