Hi

I'm APPLYING for H3 Visa (trainee visa) for 6 weeks...

I wanted to take my wife along with me

So I'm applying for her H4 Visa ( dependent visa)

So my question is

1) do need to fill separate DS160 form for both ?
2) Wife consulate date which I should take ? After granting my visa or on same date
3) Who is paying for wife visa ? Should I write self or choose other?
