Many pregnancy symptoms but no positive test.
I been having many pregnancy symptoms but no positive test. I now have ver light pink spotting instead of a period. I am really thin and can feel the bottom of my stomach is hard. Also my breasts are extremely sensitive and sore and this never happens to me, even when I am PMSing. I have mild cramps but not like I normally do. I have had unprotected sex and I was on the pill but I messed up all the days and stopped taking it once I though of everything I've been feeling. I've also been very tired and lost my appetite. I could be really hungry but once I get food I don't eat much of it.. I need help because I'm driving myself crazy at this point. Could I be pregnant even with this light spotting?
