Tenants Bill of Rights New Jersey?
I was a victim of hurricane Irene and was displaced for two weeks. My landlord wants me to pay full rent. Do I deduct the time I was displaced or do I pay the full rent? I live in NJ.

Why were you displaced? Do you have Renter's insurance? We need more details about the displacement.

If you merely left to get away from the storm, you owe the rent, if the property was damaged and you could not live in it, till it was repaired, you may not owe it.
