    excon, you have not seen the speed of Georgia, I agree a month should be average, but don't be too surprised at two months.

    Hard to tell. If you want a transfer both states must agree to the transfer, not just one state. Be ready to wait until the paperwork goes through and depending where in Florida you want to transfer to as well. Big cities take longer than smaller counties do as a rule.
