1-me levanto a las cinco cada mañana
    2- (aprendiendo)
    3- its ( mi ) not (my)
4-"Saturdays" its plural, so its " sabados" . Los sabados me gusta dormir tarde. Me ( you had MY ) gusta...
5-El cumpleaños mio es el 16 de Mayo, esto es en el otoño

Wow :D your almost perfect, but I do have some corrections for you

    1) (Me levanto a las cinco cada mañana.)
Notice I put an 'o' instead of an 'a'. When people use verbs for themselves, it's usually with an 'o' at the end.
    3) (Tengo que conducir a mi esposo a dailysis.)
You forgot to put an 'a' before 'my husband'. And remember that when you say 'me' you spell it with an 'i' instead with a 'y'.
    4) (Los Sabados, yo me duermo tarde. Me gusta a sentarme a leer un libro.)
The 'Los' is plural, because it's every Saturday, so you add an 's' for plural. 'Me' is another way of saying 'I', it's like the english 'me' but the other way around.

    5) (Mi cumpleanos es el dieciseis de Mayo, y es en el Otono." again, spell the Mi with an 'i'

    Hope this was helpful :D
