My printer will not print files from webpages. Files printed from Word which I have saved in My Documents priny well, but on line files from the internet are blurred and illegible. Each character is overtyped producing a blurred copy which is unreadable. Sometimes this occurs on the whole page and at other times some areas of the page are OK and others are distorted.
I consulted the help file for my printer and tried the suggestions - checking the printer driver, going through all the maintenace checks, for paper and print alignment, stc.
The printed test page was fine and the information feedback indicated "no problem" with the printer.

When you choose to print a page from the internet is your printer being displayed as to where it is going to print?

Also some pages have what is called a "printable version". It looks like a link on a page and converts it for printing.
