    Can I trust BEST LOANS?
I have just been contacted by BEST LOANS,and I wanted to know if anyone out there has been contacted by them too, if so did they pay your loan in? Basically what they have asked me to do is go to a pay point near me and get what he called a YKASH voucher for ?95 and send them a copy of the voucher and then on the same day they receive the voucher they pay the loan into my bank account. He also said if they do not for some reason pay the loan into my account then I could go back to the pay point that I got the YKASH voucher from and he said that they will repay me my ?95 and take the voucher to dispose of. Has any one done this? I find it hard to trust companies as I have been coned twice and its not nice, so if you have experience from BEST LOANS, good or bad please tell me your experiences. Thanks for reading.

    Run, run away. Fast.

This is just disturbing. A good general rule is: If they don't have a brick and mortar location that you can verify, stay away. They they are asking you to do something unusual, run away.

Revocable Trust (Grantor) Trust w/3rd party trustee [ 2 Answers ]

It was my understanding that if a grantor set up a revocable trust and a third party (let's say a bank) was named as trustee, the trustee was required to file a Form 1041. I am unable to locate any IRC or other guidance that would confirm or deny this. Please help. Thank you. Diana
