I have forgotten to take my birth control and my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex and I took is as soon as I remember is there a possibility that I could be pregnant. I have been having the worse cramps in my stomach, there not like period cramps. Should I take a pregnancy test, I have never been this worried.

But you do know that birth control pills are not 100 percent effective, so even taking them as you should, there is a small chance of pregnancy. When you miss a dose or take one seriouisly late, your chances of pregnancy increases.
