    What is the statute of limitations for wrongful death in Canada?
    The cause of death was Mesothelioma. A rare cancer of the lung, usually caused by exposure to asbestos.

    Do you mean an incorrect diagnosis of death by a medical examiner ? You have to be more specific. Why do you need to know the statute of limitations, if there is one for this, and I don't believe there is? When did this person pass away?
