Emotional symptoms PMS
This is sara , 23 years old.. My height os 155 meter and my weight is 51 kilos.
I have a problem that is really annoying me.. It's the emotional symptoms of PMS.it sometimes starts one week before my period and last till my 4th day, they comes again after ten days of my period. I suddenly cry and can't even control it, even when I be with my friends or family. Its really embarrassing and annoying.. Plus this is happening to me like every month.. I asked so many Drs. And many told me to take omega 3 or eat fruits or play sports.. I did everything and nothing has change.. Seriously I need your help please.. Thanks, Sara |
