I really do hate glasses or contacts or any of the stuff related to it,so what are the fast ways to improvig my vision?I want to have clear vision again,please help me with effective answers P.S:pls don't recommend yoga!I don't know if I really like eye exercises but if they work please give me some great examples.pleaseee:( I'm really fed up!

As they say your whole body contributes to the wellness of your eyes, so eat healthy foods especially foods rich in vitamin A. Exercise a lot don't spend too much hours watching television or surfing the net.

Eating well and exercising will definitely keep your eye health up but won't fix existing eye issues. No one really likes glasses or contacts (if they wear them) but if you need them, wear them. Laser eye surgery is another possibility.

Some eye issues can be correct with surgery, but not everyone. It will depend on why and how your eyes need correction.

And while you may not like glasses, a large percent of the population where them, and at some point they are the only choice, ( esp if you can't afford surgery)

Heck, where I am now glasses have become a fashion statement. People I know who do not need them are getting "readers" in different styles and colors to match their outfits!

Yup, I personally think that glasses are great. So are contacts. I have clear, royal blue and evergreen contacts lenses (for correction and esthetics). I also have 6 pairs of glasses in various colors and styles. Look at the glass as half full instead of half empty.
