    Drug Court Violation
    Hello,
I was arested spet.12 2010 for aggrivated burglary and theft over 1000. I got a lawyer and he got the aggrivated dropped and the theft reduced to 500. I was sentenced to 11-29 at 75% to be served through drug court. Iwent in front of the judge in General seesions Court rather than seeing a Criminal Court Judge. On Aug. 10th 2011, I was violated for failing an e.t.g. Test. Genneral Sessions Drug Court terms are 12 months. I made it 11. I understand that they can make me serve up to 9 months in jail due th 75% part of all this. My question is is, how much time am I looking at. I can't afford another lawyer so I will appear at my hearing by myself. I can pass a drug test and my fines are caught up. Do you think I will do the full 9 months?

What country and what state or provence did this occur in? We have members in many countries and can't assume a specific location unless you give it.

Tennessee is not the best place in the world for drug charges, but jails are crowded, budgets are tough, most courts are not doing maxs, but the judge may have had a bad day, the DA may be up for re-election and want to show they are tough on crime,

These are just guesses, I would say 5 or 6 but that is my guess
