Boy friend hit me in the face 3 times?
I feel like I will never be happy, my boyfriend is not a calm person, he not affectionate, I can't even roll over and touch him in bed. He not spontaneous, we don't really do stuff together, all he really thinks about is saving him money. I'm living with him for 1 yr now, and I feel like I have made a mistake, I'm a emotional wreck, cry all the times, and I'm always the problem.

Leave him! Simple as that the second he hit you, you should have been out the door taken pics of your face and pressed chargers

You should leave now right now, if you stay with him then anything that happens from here on in is your fault.
Don't be one of them women that get smacked and go ohh but I love him.

Be strong go to your parents lean on the important people in life

    All the best

Love is about loving each other, accepting others, as and how your partner is, and is full of sacrifice, but if someone is hitting you, it means he is either fed up or not made for u.

    Leave him!

So what happened after you called the police and filed charges against him for hitting you? You did do that didn't you ? And if you did not, please tell us why ?

Why have you not walked out the door and not come back ?

Pull yourself and your emotions together, and leave him for good. For yourself, and for people who care for you, its time for you to take a firm step towards your own good. Leave him, leave him and leave him.
If I had done that to my girlfriend, she would have slapped me harder.

It sounds like more of a roommate then a boyfriend. Living with him for 1 year sounds like 1 year too much. There is no relationship here so why are you sticking around? Hitting you is physical abuse on top of not having any kind of relationship with this person. You know what you need to do, now the question is will you Leave?

I also suggest you leave as soon as possible, like yesterday.

Once physical abuse occurs it opens up a whole new 'bag of worms' so to speak. And also usually leads to additional abuse that may harm you even more.

I personally have no respect for anyone that lays a hand on another in a relationship. To me it shows cowardice and in this case brutality.

Leave him now is my suggestion and find yourself and another that cares for you in a loving relationship.

Good luck to you and be safe, no one should feel threatened.

I will like to add 2 more points -
#1 - If it is bad to hit/insult someone, it is bad to get hit/insulted from someone
#2 - If you care someone, even after he/she beats you, it gives motivation to 'such' people, and this way violence spread, and the number of victims (like you) increase.

So, nip the evil in the bud. Leave such persons, and if possible, get them booked somehow. Make them repent for what they have done, to you, or anyone, in any 'such' case.

Chances of your maintaining relationship with that person MUST be ZERO, whatever good/bad happens! Remember it, it will be in favour of you as well as mankind/womankind!

I understand what you are going through... I went through this myself... I had beer cans crushed on my head, locked up in rooms, and my personal items broken too many times, embarrassed in public, my legs would be slashed with cable cords, etc...
I am not saying to leave because those words are hard to hear...

Save yourself. No one else will do it for you. Do not let someone intoxicate your life. Let their misery eat them alive. You can cry, scream, and ask for help as many times as you like... trust me, I know... I cried, screamed, called 911 so many times... but in the end I realized that it did me no good because in the end he would behave as he wants without any consideration of my well-being...

So again... stop feeling sorry for yourself, stop wishing that he will change, stop letting him intoxicate you... only you can help yourself... he won't do it, not for you, not for the many times you plead him...

I lived with him for 3 years... 3 years that I can never get back... & memories I can never erase...
