Is there any way to get wishes granted? Are wishes even real?

At times other people will see and help others reach goals.

And other times we work hard our self to make things happen.

I mean if you wish you could fly by jumping off a house, no a wish like that will not happen.
If you wish you could live in Iowa, that could happen someday.

Since you have asked the question in spirituality. Is there any aspect of spirituality are you interested in? Is it more then just a wish or a prayer you want answered. Many people believe that what you focus on, or what you want. What you think about will create your reality around you. What do you think?

Yes, wishes are real... but doesn't mean they will become reality, if that makes any sense to you. If you are referring more to prayer then yes that is very real.
