    Alienation of Affection?
My husband (65 yrs old)was a director/alcohol counselor and he hired a woman (31 yrs old)Social Worker. She pursued him, showing off nude pictures in his office to him. He trained her for some of his responsibilities. He gave her a raise. He complained to me of some of her actions, I suggested he fire her. I had no clue. My husband always had a soft ear/heart to women who had bad life experiences. He also has years of sobriety and depression, and currently found he has prostate cancer and possible alzheimers. After many months of verbal abuse, ignorance and emotional detatchment within the marriage. I moved out from my husband because I knew something was not right. I needed to find the truth. Never did I suspect him cheating. He did not stop me. Sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee has moved into our home. I have filed for divorce. He lost his job. I cannot see my step daughter that I raised for 17 years, because sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeee goes into a fit of rage even if I just call. My husband has lost me completely. He does not want a divorce. I am walking away from everyone. Sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee is still living with him. FATAL ATTRACTION GONE SOOOOOOOOOO WRONG!! I would like to be able to sue her for Sexual Manipulation - Adult Abuse to a Senior - and financial distress for my once happy family.

You sue him for divorce, ask for the house, alimony and at least 1/2 of everything.

I don't see any abuse, is she hitting him, starving him ?
Having sex and cheating with him is not abuse to him.

Most courts will not even accept this type of law suit, others seldom award much, You need to addess the issue, both of them, that is done in divorce court

For the 17 year old child, the child is at least 17, they can or should have a cell phone and could call you if they wanted to?
