    Can felons get married in ms?
    Can two convicted felons get married in the state of ms? They are not on probation any longer.

    Yes, since neither are on probation they can live together under one roof married or not. And neither of you now need permission to get married. BUT should either of you get a new felony conviction you may be required to live in two separate residences or get approval to live in same house otherwise you would be in violation of probation.

    As long as they are not on parole, or probation, and as long as there is no order of protections or other court orders to stop them from doing this.
