    Land Issue
    Regarding property issue.
We 35 people have bought plots (35 plots) in Doddakanali. The grand children of the first owner had filled a case against us, for the return of their grand father's property. By God's grace, recently got DC order which was for us. As a result we got RTC in our name. Now when we have started fencing and building shed house, the opposite parties are demolishing it and taking away all the materials during night. This have been reported to the police with no action. Kindly help us in knowing, how to go ahead in solving this issue.

The only thing I can suggest is to hire a security guard to protect the property at night. The 35 owners can share the cost.

If you can prove the grandchildren are causing the damage, you can sue them for the costs. Maybe surveillance cameras can be used.

Dfficult situation.. I can see that this post was placed last month so hopefully something has been sorted out.
There seems to be a few legal issues here:did the person who sold you the land have the legal right to do so and the legal papers to back it up? You all may have your own documents but that may not in the eyes of the law be legal if the land was not the sellers to sell in the beginning!

In my opinion you need to seek out a lawyer who knows the law regarding the land and the selling of it,in regard to other relatives who may or may not be entitled to this land.

Hopefully someone on this site may have the knowledge to help you,if not I suggest searching out your own lawyer for correct procedure and advice.
