Borin art products
Hello,
I was wondering if anyone can help me with information on a nice print I purchased today at my local thrift store. I usually am not one for "older art" but there was something about this picture... It has BORIN ART PRODUCTS - 1325 S. CICERO AVE. CHICAGO in a stamped circle on the back as well as a penciled #1521 and a large circled A in what appears to be a darker thick tipped pencil? It is a "picture" of 2 women in grey tones (looks like pencil drawing?)and one of the women has a small fringed parasol/umbrella the other wears a double row "worm" looking hat/bonnet? A small amount of light khaki color has been added to the "riding coat" on the woman with the parasol. They are wearing long hoop & tooled slip skirts/dresses. I find no name, signature or markings on this. I would appreciate any and all help! Thank you and God Bless. |
