    Badly mental hurts
    May be I am too much kind hearted.
    When I was with such kind of people who is lack of conscience, I was hurt so badly.
    I got sick, and almost took me a year to recover. Now its much better now. But this bad brain stimulation can still attack me sometimes.I feel headache. It came intermittently when some unhappy things happened to me. Such as anger,yes. And watching a movie or TV series which is a little depressed ,even some sad music sometimes!
    So what can I do to stop this? This is really painful,I can't help it. When it comes, you can do nothing .You can't think clearly,and you can't help thinking about that sad memories past. Sick sick..
    What to do? How to find the original me? Please help .

    Please tell us what country you are in. Maybe there's a good program near you connected with a university, where sometimes you get the best care. It's hard to tell from your short story whether you have deep seated emotional scarring from your childhood, or if you have a physiological problem such as migraines and panic attacks, or both.

    There is recent evidence from studies of PTSD that taking a blood pressure medication the instant a flashback or panic attack is about to start helps as much or more as any therapy (preferably both of course).

    And yes, good and kind people do suffer when others around them are not. It's the ability to deal with them that matters.

    Thank you for your answer, I really appreciate it.

    I have Migraines every time when I THINK TOO MUCH... And I don't know if this called physiological problem ? Others are all right. Fine.

    Maybe they are people who a bit closer but not trustworthy,and pity I didn't know. They are not like what I imagined.
    Guess its hard to find programs here like what you said,but I am trying to find some care center when necessary. I think I need quiet environment.Your suggestion helpful,Thank you again.

    I like a quiet environment too. I used to be around people at jobs and home all day long, but after I started taking care of my parents, and then just my quiet dad, I too became more and more quiet (except online). Now I too get weary and out of sorts quickly when around people for more than an hour or two.

    Therapy is really something you need to look into. There's only so much we can do online, and diagnosing what's wrong isn't one of those things.

    Please, seek help with a medical professional.

    Quiet sometimes makes the mood peaceful.
