    Divorce After 1 Year
I have been with my wife 5 years, and married for 1. I have incurred so much debt by being with her, including filing bankruptcy, student loans going into default, etc. I am planning for filing for divorce. Ive tried to come to an agreement with her that I will handle child support and insurance yet she is planning to "take me to the cleaners". We have no assets, and only renting a house. I want to know what my options are.

The student loans are not dischargeable in a bankruptcy proceeding. Your salary may end up being garnished in child support. You need to consult with a good divorce attorney to see what your options really are as you did not give us much info to go on here.
