    How do I tell him?
Ok so there's this guy that I've liked and we have been flirting back and forth for a few years. He lives two hours away from me and says it's a long distance to date. I can agree with that. Today we were texting flirting and shareing pictures and he was a little upset about moving from where he used to live. As we were talking I realized he wasn't texting me as much. I asked him if he was OK, he said yeah! He stopped again. So I jokingly said hey want me to let you go since I'm probably annoying you. He said yeah please. How can I tell him that it kind of hurt my feelings when he wants nothing to do with me! And I can't do it in person!

You "tell" him by going No Contact. No more texting or calls to him. And no answering if he texts or calls first. No. More. None. Nada.

Yeah if he has told you that he does not want to be "annoyed" by you any longer, then grant his wish and stop "annoying" him altogether. Let him feel the silence you have felt and go out and meet someone who at least wants to have the pleasure of speaking to you.
