Trying to find an old music video from 1996?
The video takes place at a harbor at night and there is a woman and a boy in the water and there bodies are moving funny with the baseline of the beat like her hair goes one way while her head moves the opposite. I seen the video on mtv2 in 1996 but when they put who sung the song it said bijork and it wasn't her. The guy at the harbor was wearing one of those sea hats and overalls on.
