    Need to take vit. c?
    Is it needed to take vitamin. C when taking metathione?does met work and be effective without taking vitamin. c?

    Hi gandanez. If you are taking skin lightener orally then aking high doses of Vitamin C (1,000 – 3,000 mgs) can help to lighten skin over time, but remember everyone has a different metabolism, so there is no hard and fast rule how long it will take. Just consider that taking Vit. C is beneficial to skin lighteners taken orally only, not topical.

    I use a similar brand to that. And they do work. But I take 500mg VIT C a day. My stomach can't handle a lot of acid. I start having cramps.
    But anyway I saw good results. But like tickle said, everyone is different :D good luck
