Help: after four years of dying my hair black, I want to go back!
I'm naturally very light haired and I started dying it black four years ago.

I have only since touched up the roots, (I also have to dye my eyebrows). My hair was very long, down to the top of my thighs, but after using a color corrector, I ended up having to cut 11 inches off since it didn't work and pretty much killed my hair.

Now I want a fade as much as possible, if possible without cutting it off. Lucky for me, my hair grows quickly, but looks stupid and would be unpractical to grow out due to the dramatic difference in color.

    Please, I will try anything.
