    How do you vacate an injunction if that person was let back in the home ?
    My Father got an emergency injunction against my brother because my brother took some meds and made threats against my father and my brother does not remember anything he did or said that night.

    If the injunction was issued in court, then you have to go back to the court to release it or let it expire, if there is an expiration date.

    If your father wants it immediately vacated he must go back to the Judge who entered the order via a hearing.
