    My Blood Pressure Goes Down?
    Im only 15 years old. And every time I get scared, anxious, or nervous, I get dizzy and pale.. I feel light headed & week , And I see blurry. Well my blood pressure goes down.. Is There Any Way To Prevent This? :( Please Help!!

    No... there is no miracle cure for that any more than if you had high blood pressure. You should be seeing a doctor for this.

    Do you actually take your blood pressure after these activities? If you don't, how do you know it goes down?

    The symptoms you describe are normal for the situations you are experiencing. It's called Fight or Flight. Getting dizzy, light headed and weak are all caused by the sympathetic nervous system when you get scared, anxious or nervous.
