    How to start a car when no power to it?
    My car will not start it has a new battery because I thought that was the problem but it won't start not a sound that its even trying and all lights won't come on no radio and it will not even come out of park so I can take it to the shop

    . Test all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter.

    . Check the ignition switch for wear, pitting, or melting.

    . Clean the battery cables and ensure all connections are tight.
