    No W2
I have tried calling my former employer several times about my w2, because I still have not received it. She never answers and I would leave a voice mail and I have still heard nothing. I have been told that if I do not have it by the 15th, that I am supposed to call the IRS. But my question is, if I have to call the IRS, what will they do because I'm not looking to get her in trouble?

Sorry this is not in proper writing form, I couldn't submit the question with capitol letters?

    Ashley:

A call to the IRS will probaby result in the IRS calling your employer to ask about the W-2.

The only way your employer gets into trouble is if she does not comply with the law, which is NOT your fault.
