I don't have an answer. Just wanted to say I also have a Roy Baz original that I bought several years ago in Palmdale CA. I have been trying to obtain information about the artist, as well.

Hi! Thanks for the correction on the name. I've successfully found these paintings for sale online at numerous places. The highest price I could find is $200 CAD. Slightly disappointing, as I seem to recall that I paid $250 each. (It was a long time ago) I will keep researching. Thanks again, wdemoya!

Thanks for the name correction! I have now been able to research this artist and found that he sells nothing but original signed art at bargain basement prices. Roughly $80 per piece. So my guess would be that our artwork is worth less then what the cost of shipping would be. *sigh*

I just purchased 2 of "Roy's" pieces at a local auction in Tallahassee, FL. $170 for both. However, regardless of their "value", very simply, we like them. Colorful and eye catching. He was listed in the catalog as "French - 20th Century. Does anyone know if Roy-Boy is still with us?

Very Large Religious Oil Paintings [ 1 Answers ]

I purchased two (2) very large and very old oil paitings back in the 1960's at an estate sale in NYC. Both are approximately 4'X6' and were painted in dots. The paintings are religious in nature with angles on a cratered planet and men floating. Not your typical painting. Both paintings are not...
