    Utility pump
Had to buy a new one. Despite replacing the impeller the water flow was insufficient
With the old pump. Could worn brushes cause the pump to be lacking in water flow.
The new pump emptied a bucket of water in no time. Whereas the old pump took longer?
And the stream was not so full. Motor sounds and runs okay but maybe it is going bad

Worn brushs or a poor commutator can have the effect of reducing power from the motor. If it still runs well take it to a rebuilder and they can clean it up for you.
