Being addicted to the wrong food is not a help if your trying to accomplish weight loss.
The first thing to do is go through your kitchen and get rid of all your junk food, cakes, cookies, chips, colas. Stock up on veggies and fruits, try switching to wheat products like wheat bread, pastas, rice. Broil or bake your lean meat in olive oil or canola, use the new spreads instead of margarine or butter. Don't fry food, don't eat fast food, or fried anything. Cut out colas and any drinks that have high frutose corn syrup in them. If you like ice cream try frozen yogurt, it's really tasty and very low in calories. Use low fat dailry products, and choose lean cuts of meats, chicken, turkey, no processed meats. Eat natural, low fat, low calorie, low sugar products in small serving, drinks lots of water. When you want to eat a sandwich load it up with turkey and lettuce and all the veggies possible and use low fat or no fat mayo. Talk to your gym people and tell them what you can do that won't hurt your feet, there's weights and soft impact exercises you can till do. And I'm sure they will advise you to what's best for your feet problems. You need to exercise that's #1, at least 30-60 minutes a session 3-4 x per week. It's going to take a little bit of time but you can do it.
